AI bot disclosure (California B.O.T. Act)
NeverMiss demo and production calls are handled by an automated AI system. The AI identifies itself as artificial intelligence and never claims or implies that it is a human. This satisfies California Business & Professions Code §17941 (the "B.O.T." Act), which requires clear disclosure when a bot communicates with a person to incentivize a transaction.
Call recording & two-party consent
California is a two-party (all-party) consent state. Any real call used on this site was used with consent, with identifying details changed. Where a real recording could not be cleared, the audio is a faithful re-enactment produced with licensed synthetic voices and is labeled "recreated from a real call."
Call-me-back & TCPA
The call-me-back demo places one automated call, only after you provide your number and check the express-consent box. We apply number validation, per-number and per-IP velocity caps, and a quiet-hours guard (no automated demo calls between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM local time). Opt-out is honored immediately. Messaging runs on A2P 10DLC-registered infrastructure.
Privacy
We collect only what we need to answer your calls and run your account. We do not sell personal information. Call transcripts and recordings are used to operate and improve your service and are accessible to you. Contact us to access or delete your data.
Data retention
Call recordings and transcripts are retained for the life of your account so you can review them, and are deleted within 30 days of account closure or on request. The call-me-back consent record (your number and a timestamp) is kept only as long as needed to demonstrate consent, then purged. We apply least-privilege access and encrypt data in transit and at rest.
How the live demo works
The demo line and the recorded calls on this site are the real product. Recorded calls are recreations of genuine calls, voiced with licensed synthetic voices and labeled as such, with identifying details changed. When you call the demo line or use call-me-back, you're talking to the same AI receptionist — it opens by identifying itself as AI, and no human is listening in. Nothing you say in a demo is used to contact you for anything other than the single demo you asked for.

Use of this website and the NeverMiss service is subject to our standard terms. The demo line and call-me-back feature are provided for evaluation. Service availability, integrations, and features may vary by plan.
Accessibility
We target WCAG 2.1 AA. Body copy is white or grey on black for contrast; neon green is reserved for large text and UI elements. Every audio demo includes a synchronized transcript, and the site is fully keyboard navigable with visible focus states.
